M7M8 Portlaoise Bypass
NOTICE OF PROPOSED WORKS AFFECTING
WIDE-LOAD TRANSITS DURING AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER 2017
For WIDE-LOAD VEHICLES proposing to use the M7/M8 in August & September, 2017 please refer to the table below for dates and times of works.
During these periods all vehicles over 3.25m in width will not be able to be facilitated on the relevant section of the M7 (THIS WILL AFFECT TRANSIT ON THE M7 AND M8).
AN advertised and signed diversion route will be in place and will need to be adhered too.
Normal HGV and all other traffic will be unaffected by the works.
Please note that a statutory speed limit of 60kph will be in place throughout the works area and we would appreciate your cooperation in ensuring compliance in order to protect the safety of our works crews.
Please contact CRG or our Operators (Midlink) directly for further clarification of restrictions. This contact should be carried out three weeks before the planned routing of the wide-loads through the works.
